  • Delivery information (e.g., pickup/drop-off location, item details)

  • Driver data (e.g., name, phone number, student ID, transport details)

  • Usage data (e.g., app or website interactions, time logs)

How we use your information

  • Process and manage deliveries

  • Contact you regarding your order or service status

  • Assign delivery jobs to student drivers

  • Improve our services and user experience

  • Ensure safety and accountability

Data protection measures

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information by:

  • Limiting access to authorized personnel only

  • Using secure servers and encrypted communications (e.g., HTTPS)

  • Regularly updating our systems for security

Delivery Policy

Service Area

  • Deliveries are limited to within the campus grounds and designated nearby areas.

  • We do not provide long-distance or off-campus deliveries unless specifically stated.

Delivery Hours

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    (Hours may vary on weekends or public holidays)

  • Orders made after operating hours will be scheduled for the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 minutes, depending on:

  • Distance between pickup and drop-off points

  • Item /food readiness

  • Driver availability

 

We aim to deliver all items on the same day of request.

Item Restrictions

We do not deliver the following:

  • Hazardous, illegal, or flammable materials

  • Fragile items without proper packaging

  • Large furniture or heavy electronics (unless pre-approved)

Pickup and Drop-off rules

  • Both sender and recipient must be available at the agreed location and time.

  • Failed delivery attempts may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes before pickup.

  • Refunds will only be provided if:

  • The item was not picked up

  • Damage to items by our driver (The item price should only be discussed among drivers and clients)

  • Service failed due to our error (e.g., no driver assigned)
